St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust have recently launched a new web site which is designed to help patients make better health care decisions. The service provides information regarding wards, departments and visiting times etc. The service also provides patients with the opportunity to interact directly with the Trust, enabling them to cancel or re-arrange appointment times.
